This refund policy applies to Group Ride and its published services, including structured group cycling classes and personalized bike setup assistance.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for cancellations made within the specified timeframe for our structured group cycling classes and personalized bike setup assistance.
Exclusions
Refunds do not apply to any add-on services or classes that have already commenced.

Refund Processing
Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your class reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
